The Westlake location, opening April 2027, brings 23,029 square feet to Suite 200 of the Class A Las Cimas III building along the Capital of Texas Highway (Loop 360), serving the established firms and Hill Country commuters of Austin’s affluent western gateway with roughly 90 private offices, a dozen-plus team suites, and five conference and meeting rooms. Together, the two sites cover both ends of the metro: the tech-driven Domain corridor and the executive-focused Westlake submarket. The timing tracks Austin’s own momentum.
