Lucid Private Offices in Las Colinas occupies the 5th floor of a Class-A office tower at 511 East John Carpenter Freeway and features executive suites, a board room, multiple conference rooms, a variety of coworking spaces, a full-service coffee lounge, and the latest IT infrastructure. Our office space is conveniently located with easy access to Northwest Highway and John Carpenter Freeway. There is a parking garage and surface parking on site as well. Our Las Colinas location is in close proximity to the Toyota Music Factory, the Irving Convention Center, and the Omni Hotel making entertainment easily accessible.

Parking Member Parking: Parking is complimentary for all Lucid Private Offices members, both office-based and virtual. Upon registration, your vehicle will be automatically added to the authorized parking list in the garage.
Validation for Tours: Visitors attending tours may park in the designated visitor section. They should note their license plate number upon arrival, as validation will be required at the tour’s conclusion. Please ask our receptionist for more details about validating.
Guest Parking: Client Validation: Clients may choose to validate parking for their guests at the building. To do so, they should request a unique validation QR code from the General Manager. This code will be specific to the client and their guest. The guest will need to scan the code and provide their information upon entering and exiting the garage. Parking durations under 75 minutes are free. For stays exceeding 75 minutes, a $20 parking fee will apply, billed directly to the client’s account if they chose to validate.
The designated parking for visitors is on the rooftop. The first 15 minutes are free. After 15 minutes, there is a $20 charge. Clients can only validate those who parked in the visitors section on the rooftop. If the guest chooses to park in any other parking, it will be $8 for up to 12 hours and cannot be validated.
Self-Pay Option: Alternatively, clients opting not to validate for their guests can direct them to pay for their parking independently. Guests can do so by scanning the “Pay to Park” QR code displayed at the building entrance and following the on-screen instructions.
Directions From the parking garage, please locate the elevators and proceed to the 5th floor. There you will be greeted by a Lucid Private Offices employee at the front desk.

This is a great workspace, both for meetings and long term occupancy. The staff is very helpful and it's in an excellent, central location. Their virtual offices can be great for work at home professionals who need a good front facing resource i.e. mailing address or occasional meetings.

At Lucid Private Offices, renting an office gives you access to your own secure, locked-door workspace. Our offices are fully-furnished, and you can access your belongings 24/7. Included in your agreement are meeting room hours, a professional receptionist, enterprise-grade Internet, mail/call handling, free printing, and more.
When renting with Lucid Private Offices, your expenses are all included in one monthly bill. This includes Internet, electricity, janitorial services, and additional building amenities. The cost depends on the size and location of the office you choose. Please feel free to contact us with additional questions about pricing.
Our Standard Agreement lasts for 12 months, but we pride ourselves on flexibility. We also have a 6-month agreement option and a month-to-month agreement option. In the latter option, no notice is necessary — you can move out any day.
