Lucid Private Offices offers a premium, all-inclusive workspace on the 18th floor (Suite 1800) of the newly renovated Weslayan Tower at 24 Greenway Plaza. This location provides spectacular panoramic views of the Houston skyline and the surrounding River Oaks and Upper Kirby areas. The facility features a professional boardroom, multiple high-tech conference rooms, and a variety of upscale coworking. Members enjoy a suite of premium amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center with showers, an onsite grab-and-go café, and a full-service coffee lounge. Conveniently located near US 59, the building offers an underground parking garage with validated guest parking and reserved spots for members.
We're thrilled to offer these extras in partnership with the Weslayan Tower building. These are included with your office plan.

Parking Lucid Private Offices offers convenient parking options for both members and guests in a dedicated underground garage beneath the building.
Accessible Entrances: Enter the garage conveniently from Norfolk Street or Cummins Greens Street.
Guest Parking Spaces: Clearly marked guest parking spaces are available for visitors.
Entry Ticket Validation: Upon arrival, please obtain an entry ticket from the garage attendant. This ticket can be validated for free parking at our front desk located on the 18th floor.
We will have the ability to validate parking, but free parking validations are not included in our agreement. Whatever we validate will be back billed to us at the end of the month.
All persons touring our floor will have parking validated. Lucid Private Offices members who have a private office with us will have free parking for the duration of their agreement. Parking validation will vary otherwise depending on type of membership (virtual office, meeting room, office membership). Please contact us for more details.
Directions From the Parking Garage: Upon entering the parking garage, look for the elevator bank closest to your parked floor. Take the designated elevator to the 3rd floor for the Tower Lobby. Once you reach the 3rd floor, exit the elevator and locate the first bank of elevators on your left. Take the elevator to the 18th floor, where you will be greeted by our friendly receptionist.
From the Building Entrance: Upon entering the building, proceed to the escalator located in the main lobby. Take the escalator to reach the 3rd floor. After stepping off the escalator, turn right and locate the second bank of elevators. Take the elevator to the 18th floor, where you will be greeted by our receptionist.
