Flip Howard Tennessee Spotlight

We are thrilled to announce that our founder and CEO, Flip Howard, is in the spotlight again, this time in Tennessee, where the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce featured him among their “Leaders You Should Know.” This column highlights “community leaders who are making a notable impact in the Nashville region.”  

Flip introduced himself as a lifelong entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the flexible workspace industry. He stressed his belief that your environment directly impacts your psyche and your performance and explained our mission, which is to provide a professional, distraction-free environment with high-end amenities, hospitality-driven service, and absolute flexibility.  

When asked what his career highlights are, Flip said “honestly my proudest moments are celebrating the anniversaries, promotions and accomplishments of long-term employees.” That supportive mentality of celebrating his team’s achievements drives the attitude we have towards the professionals in our workspaces.
