Joining Lucid Private Offices will guarantee your monthly rate for 12 months. From there, you have flexibility you can add on that can stipulate when you can move out without penalty.
A 12-month commitment with a guaranteed rate. Includes all Lucid Private Offices amenities.
For an extra 10% per month, you will have the option to provide a 60-day notice to move out of your office without penalty.
For an extra 20% per month, you will have the option to move out at any time without penalty.
The space includes 25,169 rental square feet with amazing signage on Scottsdale Road, expansive views of the McDowell Mountains, Camelback Mountain, and Kierland Golf Course. This Lucid Private Offices location consists of over 100 private offices thoughtfully designed for maximum productivity, several large company suites with mountain views, collaborative coworking areas, state of the art meeting and board rooms, and ample surface and garage parking.
We're thrilled to offer these extras in partnership with the MAX at Kierland building. These are included with your office plan.
We offer free water, coffee, and select espresso on our floor, but if you're looking for more of a laid-back lounge atmosphere, you can enjoy that on the first floor.
