Lucid Private Offices offers a premium, all-inclusive workspace on the 12th floor of the newly renovated Class-A Element Office Tower, providing spectacular skyline views of North Dallas. This centrally located facility features a professional boardroom, multiple conference rooms, team rooms, and a classroom-style training room equipped with the latest technology. Members benefit from exceptional onsite amenities including a state-of-the-art health club with locker rooms, a full-service coffee lounge, and an onsite café. Ideally situated just east of the I-35/I-635 exchange, it offers easy access to the entire DFW metroplex and includes convenient, complimentary garage parking for visitors.
We're thrilled to offer these extras in partnership with the Element Towers West building. These are included with your office plan.
Enjoy an assortment of cardio and weight equipment in this state-of-the-art fitness center, including treadmills, bikes, machines, and free weights. You can make use of the included locker room and showers to make sure you look your best after a good workout.

Parking The building offers convenient on-site parking in a secure garage accessible from Bankway street. Visitor parking is available in the garage at no charge. Alternatively, there is parking directly in front of the building and surrounding the building. There you will have 30 minutes parking in front of the building and 2-hour parking around the side of the building.
The parking lot directly across from the Element Towers building belongs to LA Fitness.
Directions Upon your arrival at the Element Tower Building, from the parking garage you will take the elevator to the 3rd Floor and walk through the skybridge. Once you enter the building you will see a café to your left, proceed around to the elevator and take the elevator to the 12th floor.
If you are parking directly in front of the building or surrounding the building you will enter through the front revolving doors where you will see the security guard desk, from there take the elevator to the 12th floor. Once upon the floor you will see the front desk and a member of our team will greet you.
