How to Book a Meeting Room by the Hour (No Membership Required) 

All of our meeting rooms provide a polished, professional environment and are equipped with high-speed, enterprise-grade internet and screensharing equipment and technology. Our team is on site if you have any technical difficulties. In the case that you need video conferencing equipment, we will provide that as well. Our meeting room reservations include unlimited water, coffee, and select espresso to keep you and your team at the top of your game. 

How do I book a Meeting Room at Lucid Private Offices? 

Booking a meeting room at Lucid Private offices is as easy as 1, 2, 3. 

1. Start on the Meeting and Conference Rooms page on our website. Go to “Browse Locations” and find the place that works best for you.  

2. Next, select which type of room you want based on your needs. We offer classic meeting rooms, training rooms for larger groups, or podcast rooms complete with professional grade microphones! If your desired meeting room or time is not available, call the number on the page and we will assist you with making your reservation. Choose your date, time, and number of guests, then add your selection to your cart.  

3. Once you have reserved all the rooms and times you need, select “checkout”, then “details and payment”, then “review and confirm” to complete your booking.  

What if I have the Lucid Private Offices Meeting Room membership? 

Lucky you! The Meeting Room Membership includes 1 complimentary hour of Meeting Room use per month and 25% off on additional Meeting Room use, all for only $50 a month. Our meeting rooms typically cost $75-$85 per hour, so even if you only use the meeting room once a month, the membership pays for itself. Some locations offer 15% off of Training Room use for members, so check before you book a Training Room and see if the location near you is one of them.
