This location features a professional boardroom, multiple conference rooms, and team rooms, many offering sweeping views of SMU, Highland Park, and the downtown Dallas skyline. Members enjoy premium building amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center with locker rooms, a fully stocked café and coffee lounge, and a unique bike share and storage facility. Ideally situated directly on Central Expressway, it is within walking distance of the Mockingbird Station development, the DART rail, and the Katy Trail, providing a perfect blend of professional convenience and local lifestyle.

Parking Limited surface parking is available in unreserved spaces in the surrounding lot. There is also a tall parking garage to the side of our building. In this garage, 0-3 hours is free, but you can exceed that time for $3/hour with a daily max of $18. Visitors parking in this lot will need to be validated regardless of the length of time that they are parked there. There will be no free grace period, and parking rates will be charged from the time of entry.
Directions From either the front or the back lot, enter into the building. In the lobby, locate the elevated and take it to the 5th floor, where a member of our team will greet you at reception.
