Lucid Private Offices provides an innovative and upscale workspace on the 3rd floor (Suite 300) of District 121, McKinney’s first Class-A office building in Craig Ranch. This location offers premium boardrooms and team rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide expansive views of the surrounding development. Unique amenities include a high-tech golf simulator and lounge, a contemporary fitness center with private lockers and showers, and access to “The Commons”—a large outdoor amenity space with a stage, screen, and fire pits. Ideally located at the northeast corner of SH 121 and Alma Rd, it is within walking distance of retail shops, parks, and dining favorites like Mi Cocina.

Parking A six-story parking garage adjoins the building at the northeast corner of State Highway 121 and Alma Drive. Complimentary parking is provided for Lucid members and guests.
Reserved Parking: For an additional monthly charge, members can secure a dedicated parking space identified as “Reserved.” Authorized personnel only should utilize these spaces.
General Parking: All other spaces operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Visitor Parking: Designated visitor parking spaces are available in front of the building.
Directions From the garage or parking lot, proceed to the building entrance and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. We do have offices available on the first floor, but our Community Manager will be able to assist you on the 3rd floor.
